Furnace Filters?

So today I was thinking of something that many of us forget about, furnace filters. Many of us have central air conditioning, that is pushed through the house by our furnace fan. The furnace has a filter system to help keep dust and pollen from recirculating through your home. If you don't change the filter than the contaminants just continue to float around and you keep on breathing them in.
What I do at home is I go out and buy 5 or 6 filters at once, and store them in the furnace room. Then every 6 months or the time period suggested on the filter I change them out. You would be amazed at the amount of dust and grime that these filters pickup.
All I can say is change out those filters regularly and start breathing a little better!
